Are your phone cases waterproof?
Our cases are not fully enclosed, so they won't stop water from coming into contact with your iPhone.
However, iPhone 11, iPhone 12, iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 are waterproof so a waterproof case is not required in most situations.
Does your MagSafe case work with the charger, mount, etc?
The Ultra Slim case has the option of going fully MagSafe, meaning it works perfectly with MagSafe accessories such as chargers, wallets, mounts etc. The Ultimate and Leather cases are fully MagSafe.
What type of screen protector is free?
Our screen protector is made of the highest quality tempered glass.
How do I know which iPhone model I have?
This is easy to find by going to "Settings > General > About > Model Name" in your iPhone
Can I expedite my order?
Yes. We are pleased to confirm that we offer a 2-day and overnight sipping options with additional charges.
How can I track my order?
An email notification with the tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
Can I still cancel my order while it's in transit already?
Unfortunately, we can no longer cancel package(s) that is in transit, however we can provide you a free return label once you received the item(s).
Can I still change the shipping address on my order?
If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we can immediately change the address on the order.
In case the order is already in transit, we can no longer change the shipping address however we can instruct our team to dispatch a replacement to the correct address.
Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?
Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
How do I register for the warranty?
You are automatically registered with your name and order number since you purchased direct.
If my phone gets damaged while in your case, will you reimburse the cost of repair?
We would have liked to offer compensation for the iPhone itself, however, by law, we are not allowed to refund more than the cost of your order (as this could be perceived as selling insurance for which we need a license).
Is the free screen protector covered by the warranty?
The screen protector is not covered by warranty ( due to the nature of the product) however, we will provide a discount for your next screen protector order.
How many times can I request for replacement?
Our warranty for the case will be limited to 2 replacements per order number and if the customer agreed and received 2 replacements already they are no longer eligible for a refund
How to exchange the wrong purchase and order the correct one?
We do offer a one-time exchange for the wrong order(s).
How do I go about swapping my case for a different type of case?
We do offer a one-time replacement.
If my order hasn't been shipped, can I still make changes?
Yes. Just reach out to our team as soon as possible and we will be happy to help.
Did I receive the wrong item(s), how to return it?
In most cases, incorrect orders are because the customer accidentally order the wrong product. However, mistakes happen. You can exchange your product via returns.dropguys.com.
I already put in an order, can I still apply the discount/coupon code for the screen protector?
We currently have a promotional code that reduces the cost of the screen protector to $0, however, the case and screen protector must be added to the cart first.

We offer a case risk-free for 30 days (60 days during holiday season). If it's not for you, for any reason, just let us know and we will take care of it for you.
Do you offer a military discount?
We proudly provide a 10% military discount. Simply enter MILITARY10 during checkout. Please note, only one discount code can be used per order.
How does the points and rewards program work?
100 points = $1 that can be redeemed on future purchases
Typically an order is $49.99 so the customer would earn $2.50 toward a future purchase.
Returned/refunded/partially refunded orders will have their points adjusted accordingly. So because the customer returned their first order, they no longer have 500 points - they have 250.
They can only be used on future purchases so a customer cannot place an order, and then ask for the points to be refunded from the same order.
