This website is operated by DROPGUYS. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to DROPGUYS. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here ("Terms of Service" or "Terms").
By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including additional policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this site, you confirm that you are either the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have given us permission to allow any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.
You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Violation of any law or breach of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Content (excluding credit card data) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You may not reproduce, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without express written permission from us.
SECTION 3 – DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
3.1 Accurate Information
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
3.2 Delivery Attempts
Carrier-confirmed delivery attempts or delivery confirmations shall constitute fulfillment of our delivery obligation. Customers must contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or pickup if a delivery fails.
3.3 Lost or Stolen Packages
DROPGUYS is not liable for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but claimed as lost or stolen. We recommend selecting insured or signed-for shipping at checkout.
3.4 Refused Deliveries
Refused or unclaimed packages will be treated as returns per our Return Policy. Return shipping and restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from any refund.
SECTION 4 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns must comply with our Return Policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the allowed timeframe. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Refunds may be denied or reduced for:
- Used or damaged items
- Missing packaging
- Returns after the allowed window
- Refused/unclaimed shipments
SECTION 5 – WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
5.1 Accidental Damage Protection
DROPGUYS warrants that our phone cases will protect your phone's screen and camera lens from physical damage caused by accidental drops or impacts for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
If such damage occurs during the warranty period, we will issue a full refund of the product purchase price, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- The phone case was used properly and in accordance with provided instructions;
- You submit photographic evidence showing the damage, including a visible IMEI number on the damaged screen;
- The phone case is returned to DROPGUYS for verification.
This guarantee is limited to one refund or replacement per order number. If a customer has already received a replacement under this warranty, they are no longer eligible for a refund.
5.2 Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, discoloration, etc.)
- Misuse, negligence, or modification of the product
- Environmental damage (e.g., water, heat, cold)
- Battery, software, or internal hardware issues
- Any damage not caused directly by an accidental drop or impact
5.3 Accessories Disclaimer
Due to the nature of the products, screen protectors and lens protectors are not covered under this warranty. However, we may offer a one-time discount on your next protector purchase as a courtesy.
SECTION 6 – CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
By purchasing from DROPGUYS, you agree to first contact our customer service team at hello@dropguys.com to resolve any issues related to your order before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. Failure to do so is considered a breach of these Terms and may disqualify you from refunds or dispute resolutions.
This clause is designed to allow DROPGUYS a fair opportunity to address your concerns and provide support, as well as to prevent misuse of the chargeback process.
If a chargeback is filed without first giving DROPGUYS the opportunity to resolve the issue:
- We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with all available evidence (e.g., delivery confirmation, refund policy, customer communication).
- We may seek reimbursement for all costs incurred, including chargeback fees, collection expenses, and legal fees.
- We may permanently restrict the associated email, IP address, payment method, and shipping address from placing future orders.
You agree to provide accurate payment details and reasonable documentation to facilitate resolution of any dispute. Submitting false claims or abusing the chargeback process may result in legal action and permanent account termination.
SECTION 7 – FRAUD PREVENTION AND MISUSE
DROPGUYS maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraud or abuse. We reserve the right to cancel orders, withhold services, and take legal action if we suspect:
- Fraudulent transactions
- Chargeback abuse
- False warranty claims
- Misrepresentation or impersonation
Violators will be liable for all associated damages, including legal fees and collection costs.
SECTION 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes arising from your use of our products or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, England, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). You agree to waive your right to:
- Trial by jury
- Class actions or collective relief
Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only. We reserve the right to recover all costs if the ruling is in our favor. Any claim must be submitted within 365 days of the purchase date.
SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DROPGUYS is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, revenue, or data
- Damage resulting from misuse or third-party interference
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
SECTION 10 – MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. You are responsible for checking this page periodically.
SECTION 11 – MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In addition, you agree to our Messaging Terms and Messaging Privacy Policy.
DROPGUYS (hereinafter, "We," "Us," "Our") offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program"), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). By opting into or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, including your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the "Dispute Resolution" section of these Terms of Service.
User Opt-In
By participating in the Program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in. Consent to receive such messages is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.
User Opt-Out
You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You understand that texting anything other than "STOP" may not be a valid means of opting out and that such attempts may not be honored.

Prohibited Content
Users are strictly prohibited from transmitting any content via our messaging platform that is fraudulent, obscene, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
