Refund policy

 

We have a satisfaction guarantee, which means if you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you can return your order for a refund within 60 days. 

We are proud to be different, so we don't have any silly return rules (such as it has to be unopened/unused). Simply try it for 60 days, and if it's not for you, no problem, your refund is only a click away. 

To start a return within the USA, simply click 'start a return' below. For customers in Canada, the UK, and Australia, please send us a quick email via hello@dropguys.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not cover or reimburse return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We provide fast and free exchanges within the USA via our returns portal. For international customers, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. An order can only be exchanged once.

Refunds
When we receive your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within five business days. Please note that it may take an additional ten business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, so the funds may not appear in your account immediately. Pre-paid return labels are sent, free of charge, for returns for store credit (USA Only). Pre-paid return labels are provided, with a $6.99 handling fee, for returns for a cash refund.
